The drill for the month was held on pump operations at which time a pump went on the truck which has been repaired. The deadline for the grant from Encon is September 30 th.

Commissioner Lent had sent letters seeking support from Congressman Sweeney and Senator Schumer.

The Fire Company has been in contact with an architect on remodeling of Station #1. The amount of the loan required, and the lease amount that the town will pay to keep the trucks in the building has not yet been determined. They would have a sunset provision in the lease or a re-negoiation clause at the end of the mortgage period in the lease agreement.

Bram Moreinis is designing a website for the Town of Clermont. If the Fire Company has an application for volunteers that they would want on the website, fire safety tips, officials names, pictures, etc. they should get the information to him.

A motion was made by Commissioner Lent, seconded by Commissioner Staats to approve Fire abstract #7, vouchers #75-84 in the amount of $492.61. All in favor. So carried.

A motion was made by Commissioner Staats, seconded by Commissioner Lent to adjourn at 7:00 P.M. All in favor. So carried.

Respectfully submitted,
