Members attending: Hank, John, Tami, Phyllis as alternate, Don and John

Hank calls the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

The meeting starts with a salute to the flag. Hank asks for a motion to accept the minutes from the last meeting.  Hank asks for a motion to accept the regular minutes as well as the amended minutes from the April meeting. Phyllis makes the motion to accept both and John seconds it. All are in favor and the minutes of both meetings are accepted.

Old business:

Correspondence from the town attorney re: application on Collin Brown’s application.

Northwood project has been delayed. Hank asks for a motion to extend the public hearing. John makes the motion. Phyllis seconds it. All are in favor and the motion is carried.

Jason is representing Mr. Arlyck’s with regard to his application for solar panels. No application has been accepted. Not all information has been provided.

Collin Brown is talking about a special permit and he has not been back in touch with the ZBA. He may have changed his mind.

No further information with regard to Southwood application. He is currently working on details with the planning board.

Hank asks if there is any other discussion for tonight’s meeting. There is no further business to discuss.

Phyllis will want to make a site visit to the Arlyck site once we are in possession of a accepted application.

Don makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Phyllis seconds it. All are in favor and the meeting is adjourned at 7:52 pm.
