CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

 March 9, 2016

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on
Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall.
Those in attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh,
Clayton Andrus, Mary Howard, Jennifer Phillips, Ronald
Miller, Nathan Hempel and Tom Jantzen. Others present
were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew
Griesemer, Attorney for the Town as well as Robert
Desmond and Mary Shannon.

Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting.
MINUTES: After review of the February 2016 minutes,
needed corrections were noted with a motion made by Mary
Howard, seconded by Tom Jantzen, to accept the minutes as
amended. All in favor. So carried.

It was determined by Attorney Matthew Griesemer a public
hearing was not needed for the subdivision of 63.2 acres
located at 1960 Route 9, Clermont, Tax Map
ID#181-1-10.100 into two parcels since there was a divide
created by State Route 9. Larry Saulpaugh remained recused
on this issue and the maps were stamped by Clayton Andrus.

Verizon has made comments regarding the enlargement of
the access road. A site plan revision will be needed.

There were no new applications.

With no other business, a motion was made to adjourn by
Mary Howard and seconded by Jennifer Phillips at 8:45 P.M.
