CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

January 11, 2017

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on

Wednesday,January 11, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in

attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Clayton Andrus, Mary

Howard, Ronald Miller, Jennifer Phillips and Tom Jantzen. Others present

were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney

for the Town. Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of

the December 2016 minutes, a motion was made by Mary Howard and

seconded by Jennifer Phillips, to accept the minutes. All in favor. So

carried.

Manuel Pinho

1480 Route 9, Planning a 1 bedroom apartment. He has

been to the ZBA for permit. Required cleaning of the property is delaying

the permit from being issued. Site plan has not been submitted.

Peter Cichetti, 3742 Route 9G (PO Box 192, Germantown), Proposed

wedding venue. Application and site plan need to be submitted. Parking

plans, lighting, septic needs were discussed. Needing to be added to the

site plan are signage, entrance on 9G, parking, lighting, etc. Full site plan

and application fee plus $3,000 escrow.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mary Howard, 2nd by Jennifer Phillips. All

in favor. So carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:50PM.
