CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD
March 8, 2017
The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday,
March 8, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were
Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Clayton Andrus, Mary Howard, Ronald
Miller, Jennifer Phillips, Tom Jantzen and Nathan Hempel. Others present
were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney
for the Town. Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of
the February 2017 minutes, a motion was made by Tom Jantzen and
seconded by Mary Howard, to accept the minutes. All in favor. So carried.

Todd Delgadio, 4 Paws Farm, 1791 County Route 19, requesting a
special permit for temporary mobile home during construction. Of trailer
presently on site. Has Board of Health approval. A letter will be sent to the
Clermont ZBA stating there is no objection from the Planning Board for a
special permit to be issued.

Silvana Tagliaferri, 165 Hogtrough Road, property of Josephine Torre.
Ms. Tagliaferri wishes to subdivide 77.598 acres. One lot division will be
4.69 acres. Advised by the Planning Board to have proper surveyed and
determine if subdivision will be into 2 or 4 parcels.

Shields Road Easement, Motion was made to send a letter to the
Clermont Town Board stating the Planning Board is not adverse to
relinquishing the easement and renouncing fire turn around easement.

Motion to adjourn was made by Tom Jantzen, 2nd by Ron Miller. All in
favor. So carried.

Meeting adjourned at 9:05pm.
