CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

April 12, 2017

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, April

12, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were

Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Ronald Miller, Jennifer

Phillips and Nathan Hempel. Others present were George Schmitt,

Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney for the Town.

Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of the March 2017

minutes, a motion was made by Mary Howard and seconded by Jennifer

Phillips, to accept the minutes. All in favor. So carried.

Peter Cichetti, 3742 Route 9G (PO Box 192, Germantown), Proposed

wedding venue. The Clermont ZBA sent a letter to the Board of Health

regarding the approval of the septic system. A survey map is needed.

The Board is asking Town Attorney Matthew Griesemer to prepare an

“Order to Remedy” for consideration by John Fieser, the Zoning

Enforcement Officer, regarding the Verizon cell tower.

Mary Howard informed the Board regarding a Mapping Program seminar

she attended. The seminar covered map reading for local planning and

Resource protection.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mary Howard, 2nd byRon Miller. All in

favor. So carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
