CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD
June 14, 2017
The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, June
14, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were
Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Ronald Miller, Jennifer
Phillips, Clayton Andrus, Tom Jantzen and Nathan Hempel. Others present
were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney
for the Town. Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of the
May 2017 minutes, a motion was made by Mary Howard and seconded by
Tom Jantzen, to accept the minutes. All in favor. So carried.
Windhorse Farm, 356 County Route 6, Proposed Wedding Venue. Kurt
Andernach, presented the revised proposed site plan. After the Board’s review
Matthew Griesemer and George Schmitt deemed the application complete.
Motion to accept the application as complete was made by Mary Howard, motion
to send to the County Planning Board and to designate the Clermont Planning
Board as lead agency under SEQRA and to circulate to all interested agencies.
Seconded by Clayton Andrus. All in favor. So carried.
Margaret Mondello (Realty), Kelly Griffin, Christopher Bodin, 34 Pine Lane.
Submitted site plan for an existing accessory apartment. Existing septic may be
1,000 gallon, needs to be 1,250 gallons. Pending septic approval, motion to deem
application complete and to deem the action as unlisted under SEQRA was made
by Jennifer Philips, seconded by Nathan Hempel. All in favor. So carried. Motion
for Public Hearing on July 12, 2017 by Mary Howard. Seconded by Ron Miller.
All in favor. So carried.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Jennifer
Phillips. All in favor. So carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:05pm.
