The meeting opened at 7:30 pm. The meeting started with a salute to the flag. Members attending: Hank Himelright, Pete Cichetti, John Rusconi, Luke Kumburis and Phyllis Heiko.

Hank Himelright asked if anyone had any additions, corrections or omissions to the minutes of the last meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was made by Luke Kumburis, seconded by John Rusconi. All in favor. So carried.

There was no old business.

Windhorse Farm, 356 County Route 6. Kurt Andernach presented a site plan for a proposed event venue, needing a Special Permit. A site visit is planned for Wednesday, October 4 at 5:00pm. Motion to hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 7:30pm was made by John Rusconi, seconded by Phyllis Heiko. All in favor. So carried.

Dawn Brownson returned before the board regarding the NY State Unified Solar Permit. Information was provided for review and comment on the by the board to determine if the Unified Solar Permit would be beneficial for the work of the ZBA.

Motion to adjourn was made by Phyllis Heiko, seconded by John Rusconi. All in favor. So carried. The meeting closed at 8:45pm.
