CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

                                                November 8, 2017

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Ronald Miller, Clayton Andrus and Nathan Hempel, Tom Jantzen and Jennifer Phillips. Others present were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney for the Town. Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of the October 2017 minutes, a motion was made by Clayton Andrus, and seconded by Mary Howard, to accept the minutes. All in favor. So carried.

Wesley and Cheryl Werner, 382 Nevis Road, Tax Map ID# 180.-2-31, application for a Minor Subdivision.  Motion was made by Mary Howard to close the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing, seconded by Nathan Hempel.  All in favor.  So carried.  Cheryl and Wesley Werner presented the site plan which the Board reviewed.  There were no public comments or questions.  Motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Nathan Hempel.  Matthew Griesemer read the SEQRA.  Motion for a Negative Impact Declaration was made by Jennifer Philips, seconded by Mary Howard.  All in favor.  So carried.  Motion to accept and approve as presented was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Jennifer Philips. In all in favor.  So carried.

Justin Ledek, 1187 County Route 6, Tax Map ID# 180.00-2-43.22, applying for a Minor Subdivision, presented a revised site plan map.  Motion to accept the application and map as a sketch plan was made by Jennifer Philips, seconded by Tom Jantzen.  All in favor.  So carried.  A Public Hearing is to be held at the next meeting on December 13, 2017.

Motion to adjourn was made by Jennifer Philips and seconded by Tom Jantzen.  All in favor. So carried.  The meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
