CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD
December 13, 2017
The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Ronald Miller, and Nathan Hempel, Tom Jantzen and Jennifer Phillips. Others present were George Schmitt, Engineer for the Town, Matthew Griesemer, Attorney for the Town. Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. After review of the November 8, 2017 minutes, a motion was made by Mary Howard, and seconded by Jennifer Phillips, to accept the minutes as amended. All in favor. So carried.
Justin Ledek, 1187 County Route 6, Tax Map ID# 180.00-2-43.22, application for a Minor Subdivision. Motion was made by Tom Jantzen to close the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing, seconded by Mary Howard. All in favor. So carried. Justin Ledek presented the site plan, requesting a Minor Subdivision (lot line adjustment), which the Board reviewed. There were no public comments or questions. Motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Tom Jantzen. Matthew Griesemer read the SEQRA. Motion for a Negative Impact Declaration was made by Jennifer Phillips, seconded by Ron Miller. All in favor. So carried. Motion to accept and approve as presented was made by Nathan Hempel, seconded by Ron Miller. In all in favor. So carried.
Billy Cole came before the Board requesting the guidelines for storage units to be located at 3541 Route9G, Tax Map ID# 190.1.3. Applicant was referred to the Town regulations found on pages 71-73 in the Town of Clermont Zoning Code.
Motion to adjourn was made by Ron Miller and seconded by Jennifer Phillips. All in favor. So carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:35pm.
