CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

AUGUST 10, 2011

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Clayton Andrus, Nancy Sperry, Jennifer Phillips, Brenda Case, Aldo Dusman. Chairman Saulpaugh and Thomas Jantzen were absent. Others present were Linda Delaurentis, Michael Barrett, Town Engineer George Schmitt, Town Attorney Andy Howard and Robert Desmond

Minutes: A motion was made by Aldo Dusman to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by Nancy Sperry. All in favor. So carried.

Linda and Gary Delaurentis: Commons Road – Proposing a subdivision of a 3 acre parcel on Commons Road. There is a right of way to the property from Commons Road, which is the only access from Commons Road. After discussion by the board, it was decided that the parcel could not be subdivided because they would need a 100-foot right of way from Commons Road so that both parcels would have frontage on a town road and there is only 60 feet. There is a right of way owned by Scott Delaurentis next to Gildersleeve’s property but that gives access to Scotts remaining acreage.

A motion was made to adjourn at 7:50 P.M. by Jennifer Phillips, seconded by Brenda Case. All in favor. So carried.
