Regular Meeting of the ZBA
The Clermont Zoning Board of Appeals held their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Members in attendance were Chairman Charles Larsen, Bruce Unson, Peter Cichetti and Hank Himelright. Chris Nolan was absent. Robert Zimmerman was also present representing Mary Jane Fuchs.
Chairman Larsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Chairman Larsen asked for a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting as submitted. Bruce Unson made a motion to accept, seconded by Hank Himelright. All in favor. So carried.
Robert Zimmerman representing Mary Jane Fuchs came before the board with an application for an area variance on Cedar Hill Road. Mrs. Fuchs is seeking to subdivide 1.58 acres on the north side of Cedar Hill Road, but does not meet the required two acre zoning. This parcel is part of 90 acres more or less, which lies on the north and south side of Cedar Hill Road. The planning board has received the application for subdivision and considers this a natural subdivision because of the road, even though it is included in the same deed. Because it is one deeded property, all adjoining landowners have to be notified. A motion was made by Hank Himelright to accept the application and hold the public hearing on August 24th at 7:30 P.M., seconded by Bruce Unson. All in favor. So carried.
With no other business, a motion was made to adjourn by Hank Himelright, seconded by Peter Cichetti at 7:50 P.M.
