Regular meeting
Members attending: ZBA: Charles Larsen, chairman, Tamera Connolly, secretary, Chris Nolan, and Hank Himelright
Charlie called the meeting to order at 7:33 pm. Charlie asks for a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting as presented. Hank makes the motion, Chris seconds it and all are in favor. The motion is carried.
.Applicant: Gregory Fingar
Application to install three pole mounted solar panels. There is a copy of the deed and a letter from the engineer. The engineer will have to certify them after they are up that they meet all standards in order to get a CO. This is after the ZBA process if it is approved and after a public hearing has been held.
Charlie asks the board if they have any questions. Hank reviews the paperwork and confirms that he feels that all looks in order. Charlie is recommending the board does a site visit. Then the board can see the visual of what is being presented.
The board selects a date and time for the site visit. Saturday, December 4th at 10 am.
Chris states that because this is a first time for this type of permit that the board is going to do a site visit. This may not be done each time. This is a new law for the town.
There is a motion to accept the application by Chris and second by Hank. All are in favor and the motion is carried – the application is accepted.
The applicant presents a check for $100 for the application fee.
A public hearing is planned for December 22nd at 7:30 pm. All neighboring land owners need to be notified and the family of trust. We need a list of the people notified.
Charlie asks for any further business. There is none.
Charlie asks for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Hank made a motion to adjourn and Chris seconds the motion. All are in favor and the meeting is adjourned at 7:55 pm.
