The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Clayton Andrus, Robert Queirolo, Tom Jantzen, Aldo Dusman and Jennifer Phillips. Brenda Case was absent. Minutes: A motion was made by Clayton Andrus to accept the minutes of the April meeting, seconded by Tom Jantzen. All in favor. So carried.
Pond LLC: Pond, LLC: Barbara Varas, et al - Tax Map ID#159-1-4 Clermont/159-2-33 Germantown Charlie Larsen said that after talking to Germantown Planning Board they agreed a lot line change is the right thing to do. Then Charlie heard that Germantown’s attorney says they cannot do a lot line change, it must be a subdivision. Pond LLC will be having a survey done. The applicants are changing from four lots to three lots also. It was agreed that the Germantown Planning Board should still send a letter regarding lead agency status.
Chairman Saulpaugh spoke to the person who leases the former Steeneck cold storage building on County Route 6 and told him that it could be subdivided but it must be on two acres with storage building with the proper road frontage.
Robert Desmond requested that the fees be waived when Robert Zimmerman brings in the lot line change between Saulpaugh and Town of Clermont.
With no other business before the board, a motion was made to adjourn by Jennifer Phillips, seconded by Clayton Andrus at 8:10 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Mary Helen Shannon
