Regular meeting of the ZBA on March 28, 2012
Members attending: Charlie Larsen, Chairman, Bruce Unson, Hank Himelright and Tamera Connolly, secretary
Charlie opens the meeting at 7:30 pm. The meeting starts with a salute to the flag.
Charlie asks for a motion to accept the minutes as presented from January as there was no meeting in February. Bruce makes a motion and Hank seconds it– all in favor. Motion is carried.
New business:
Charlie reviews the new ZBA application with board members. Note the changes for better clarification. There is an Agriculture Data Statement Review form. This is a state mandated form if there is agricultural land within 500 ft of the proposed property requesting the permit. The ZBA secretary will send out a copy of this letter along with a copy of the Agricultural Data Statement.
John Feiser has copies of the new applications now.
The Planning Federation Conference is April 15-17th.
There is a training for Planning Boards (subdivision review etc.) to be held May 23rd in Green County.
Duchess County Planning Federation is having a three hour classes, Tues, April 24th. It starts at 4:30 pm and ends at 8 pm.
Old business:
Charlie asks if there is any other business. There is none. Charlie asks for a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 pm. Bruce makes a motion to adjourn the meeting, Hank seconds it. All are in favor and the motion is carried. Meeting is adjourned at 8:10 pm.
