Regular meeting of the ZBA on March 26, 2013

Members attending: Hank, Luke Kunburis, Pete, Chris, Tamera, secretary

The meeting opens at 7:52 with a salute to the flag.

Hank asks for a motion to accept the minutes from the February meeting. There are corrections that need to be made. Luke was present and his name was mistakenly typed as John. Last paragraph a typo “Bod” was typed instead of Bob, and on the second page it should read “building permit, not a zoning permit” Hank asks for a motion to accept the minutes with corrections? Chris makes a motion to accept the February minutes with corrections, Luke seconds the motion. All are in favor and the motion is carried.

Old Business: Bob Desmond is in the audience and passes out pages that were reviewed from the proposal draft from the February meeting. The board members review the handout.

Hank asks if there is any other old business. There is none.

New business: There is a hand out for each member that Hank got regarding DEC. It can be reviewed at their leisure. This is regarding outside wood furnaces/wood boilers.

A class is being held at Columbia Greene Community College on the new SEQR process. It will be held this Saturday 3/30/13. Pete will call Hank to let him know if he is able to go or not. Chris plans to attend.

Hank asks if there is any other business. There is none. Hank asks for a motion to adjourn the meeting, Chris makes a motion to adjourn, Luke seconds it. All are in favor and the motion is carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 pm.
