CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

OCTOBER 9, 2013

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. Those in attendance were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Jennifer Phillips, Clayton Andrus, Tom Jantzen, Robert Quierolo and Aldo Dusman. Brenda Case was absent. Bob Desmond was also present.

Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting. A roll call vote was held. There were no applicants present.

Tom Jantzen asked if a person could get a variance for a parcel that is on the Roe Jan Creek. They are about 50 feet short of the required 500-foot setback to be able to put a residence or a building. There is a foundation where there had been a house. It was suggested that the person should go to John Fieser and ask for a permit to rebuild on that foundation. A determination would then be made as to whether it would be necessary to get a variance.

A motion was made to approve the September minutes by Jennifer Phillips, seconded by Clayton Andrus. All in favor. So carried.

A motion was made to close the meeting at 8:00 P.M. by Jennifer Phillips, seconded by Clayton Andrus. All in favor. So carried.
