CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

NOVEMBER 13, 2013

The Clermont Planning Board held their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those present were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Clayton Andrus, Thomas Jantzen, Aldo Dusman and Robert Queirolo. Jennifer Phillips and Brenda Case were absent. Others present were Elaine Tate, Glenn Unson and Robert Desmond.

Chairman Saulpaugh opened the meeting.

MINUTES: A motion was made to accept the minutes of the October meeting by Aldo Dusman, seconded by Tom Jantzen. All in favor. So carried.

UNSON ESTATE: Tax Map #201-1-12.1 - Elaine Tate and Glen Unson are proposing a lot line change to a 131 acre property on the south side of PleasantvaleRoad. The property is in two deeds, the other being 13 acres on the north side of the road. A copy of the deed was provided for the southern most parcel. They would like to annex 14.92 acres to Glen Unson’s parcel of 6.672 acres. (Tax Map#201-1-12.21) The remaining acreage will be 116.00 acres. The total acreage of Glen Unson’s new parcel will be 21.566 acres. The board requested a written description of the new parcel of 21.566 acres.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. The required fee was paid. Letters will be sent out by the applicant to the adjoining landowners by certified return receipt who adjoin the area affected. The Agricultural Data Statement will be sent out by secretary to four farms.

A motion was made to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. by Clayton Andrus, seconded by Aldo Dusman.
