DECEMBER 11, 2013

The Clermont Planning Board meeting was opened by Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. Members in attendance were Chairman Saulpaugh, Clayton Andrus, Thomas Jantzen and Robert Queirolo. Aldo Dusman, Jennifer Phillips and Brenda Case were absent. Others present were Paul Doherty (Irish Hills), Elaine Tate, Glenn Unson, Robert Ihlenburg, Randy Bloom and Al Jantzen. Also present were Andy Howard, Town Attorney and George Schmidt, Town Engineer.

Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted on a motion made by Tom Jantzen, seconded by Robert Queirolo. All in favor. So carried.

A motion was made to close the regular meeting and open the public hearing by Clayton Andrus, seconded by Tom Jantzen. All in favor. So carried.

UNSON ESTATE PUBLIC HEARING: The applicants brought in new maps, certified return receipts and the description of the property. The maps observed seemed to be correct and ready. There were no questions for or against this action from anyone present.

A motion was made by Clayton Andrus to close the hearing and reopen the regular meeting, seconded by Tom Jantzen.

The SEQRA report was reviewed and a negative declaration was declared with a motion to accept by Robert Queirolo, seconded by Tom Jantzen. All in favor. So carried.

Tom Jantzen made a motion to accept the Unson proposal as presented with corrected maps, seconded by Robert Queirolo.

IRISH HILLS: Turkey Hill Road – Tax Map ID#201.00-1-71 - Paul Doherty applicant brought in maps for a lot line change and merger to create a fifty foot right of way for access to Milan property. The proposed lot line change is .2 acres from a parcel of 56.60 approximate. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 7:30 P.M.

A motion was made to close the meeting at 8:35 P.M. by Clayton Andrus, seconded by Tom Jantzen.
