Proposed Zoning Code and Subdivision Regulation Updates

The Clermont Town Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on the Draft Zoning Code Updates and Subdivision Regulation Updates on Monday, February 3rd, 2025 at 6 PM at Clermont Town Hall, 1795 Route 9, Clermont. The Public is encouraged to attend. Written comments should be addressed to Town of Clermont, C/O Comprehensive Plan, 1795 Route 9, Germantown, NY 12526 to be received by the Public Hearing date.
