NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

Pursuant to §506 & §526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the City/Town of Clermont,

County of Columbia has completed the 2024 tentative assessment roll for the current year, a copy of which is filed with the Town Clerk.

The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at:

1795 Route 9, Clermont NY 12526 ___________________________________________________________________________

She will be available on the following days:

DATE _6/4/24 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6PM-8PM

Written complaints with respect to the assessments may be filed with the Assessor any time prior to or on Grievance Day June 4, 2024, and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment Review on or before Grievance Day.

3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Clermont will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at 1795 Route 9 Clermont, NY 12526 during the hours of 3PM-5PM and 6PM-8PM on June 4, 2024.
