Supervisor Staats introduced the following Budget Amendments and Transfers to balance the accounts:
General Budget Amendment #1 of 2023 to balance accounts in the General Fund in the amount of $ 70,539.00 Motion made by Councilwoman Brownson, seconded by Councilman Desmond. All in favor. So carried.
Highway Budget Amendment #1 of 2023 to balance accounts in the Highway Fund in the amount of $ 109,574.00 Motion made by Councilman Gildersleeve, seconded by Councilwoman Brownson. All in favor. So carried
Motion To Pay Abstracts
Resident and Comp Plan Committee Chairperson Mary Howard provided a reminder of Comprehensive Plan presentation on Tuesday, January 2nd 6PM and Public Hearing @ 6:30PM. Park Fundraising update amount $5431. Mary Howard provided match check in the amount of $5000 to Supervisor Staats.
Motion to adjourn at 6:54 PM by Councilman Gildersleeve Seconded by Councilwoman Brownson. All in Favor. So carried.
A motion was made to re-open the meeting at 7:08 PM for unattended business.

CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD
December 13, 2023
The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Larry Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Jennifer Phillips, Tom Jantzen, Ron Miller, Jesse Cutaia, and Nathan Hempel. Matthew Griesemer, Town Attorney, was also in attendance.
After review of the November 8, 2023 minutes, motion was made by Ron Miller, seconded by Jennifer Phillips to approve the minutes. All in favor. So carried.
There was no old business.
Billy Cole, 9G North Storage, 3571 Rt 9G, Tax ID #190.-1-31, came before the Board regarding an amendment to the previously approved site plan. He is seeking to have the remaining storage buildings to be climate controlled. The electric supply for the climate controlled buildings would be underground from the existing office/storage building. The Applicant will return with further information.
Mary Howard discussed the two updates for the proposed Comprehensive Plan for the Town. The first update included the revision of public transportation for the area. The second update referred to the addition of sidewalks in the Hamlet Plan of 2006. If sidewalks are part of a future project, the owner of the subject property would be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the sidewalk adjacent to their property.
With no further business, a motion was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Jennifer Phillips, to adjourn. All in favor. So carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.

The Clermont Planning Board held its regular meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Town Hall. Those in attendance were Larry Saulpaugh, Mary Howard, Jennifer Phillips, Tom Jantzen, Ron Miller, and Nathan Hempel.
After review of the October 11, 2023 minutes, motion was made by Mary Howard, seconded by Jennifer Phillips to approve the minutes as corrected. All in favor. So carried.
